1. High efficiency and energy saving: the pressure distribution and velocity distribution relationship in the pump are analyzed and calculated by using CFD computational fluid dynamics, and the flow path design of the pump is optimized to ensure that the pump has an efficient hydraulic profile and the efficiency of the pump is improved.

2. Easy installation and maintenance: vertical pipe structure, pump inlet and outlet can be installed in any position and any direction like the valve pipeline, installation and maintenance is very convenient.

3.Stable, safe and reliable operation: direct connection between the motor and the pump simplifies the intermediate transmission structure, enhances the stability of operation, and makes the unit stable, safe and reliable operation.

4.Stainless steel sleeve: the machine seal position of the shaft is relatively easy to be corroded.Once the direct connection pump shaft is corroded, it is easy to cause machine seal failure.The pump is equipped with stainless steel sleeve to avoid corrosion, improve shaft life and reduce operation and maintenance cost.

5.Bearing: the motor, Y (Y2) 280 below the shaft extension end bearing (including Y180 below the wind vane end bearing) with a closed bearing, normal use, motor bearing maintenance.

6.Machine seal: rubber corrugated pipe structure is generally used as the base part of mechanical seal. The sealing on the shaft of traditional mechanical seal is changed from the line seal of o-ring to the two-side seal of rubber part to improve the sealing effect.
