The process starts with the weight sensing loading conveyors or integrated overhead sling system in the soiled sorting. From here the SCADA based control system architecture takes over utilizing computers, networked data communications and graphical user interfaces for high-level process supervisory management. The loading conveyor is designed for easy operation and high weighing accuracy. The monorail sling system can make the best use of overhead space for linen storage and transfer.
Features

2.The main tunnel washer design consists of the perfect combination of single drum and double drum technology. A strong chain drive system on roller bearings maintains a consistent transfer of power to move the goods through the tunnel. Robotic welder line assures a top quality of all mechanical parts.
3.The bottom transfer design can guarantee no risk of blockage during linen transfer. Modules are fitted with chemical ports and water drain valves to create the right wash liquor ratio, as well as strong lifting ribs for excellent mechanical washing.
4.Sight glass monitor ports provide for easy access to view water level and overflow device is equipped to remove foam and lint during washing.
5.For optimizing water consumption, there is a simple, built in water recovery system. The components selected, such as computer control system, VFD drive, pneumatic system, photoelectric sensors, manifolds are all the top brand in the sector.
6.The control platform provides for full wash system programming, complete system monitoring and customer load tracking. It is further linked throughout the site on multiple system monitor points, as well as remote access for owner management and direct factory support diagnostics.
7.Water extraction is available with a robust extraction press. Equipped with top brand hydraulic drive, the press can give a stepless pressing pressure up to 45 bar. The strengthened pressing head and imported top grade membrane can assure extracting reliability and long service life. Linen cake after pressing can be discharged at side or in axial direction upon customer’s requirement, and the discharge is controlled with fuzzy logic and equipped with IR sensor for safety purpose.
8.After water extraction, a shuttle system will transport the goods to the pass through tumble dryers automatically. The shuttle can transfer single or double linen cakes to dryers optionally one time. With application of industrial Ethernet, the shuttle can judge operating state of dryers and transfer goods point to point correctly and reliably. Special PVC belt is adopted to eliminate any off-tracking or distortion problem.
9.The pass though tumble dryers are fully integrated with the tunnel washer system. It can has gas heating and steam heating. Its drying efficiency is optimized by constant monitoring of the airflow back pressure, so that lint can be timely removed, as well as dual temperature readings of the air inlet and output to prevent over-drying. The dryer jacket is fully insulated for maximum heat retention. Fully automated with loading and unloading doors to seamlessly integrate with the shuttles and conveyors via the SCADA control network.
