Product Overview:

This test machine is suitable for TUV, VDE, UL etc and meets high flexible cable testing requirements. The machine structure is a composite torsion-bending combined synchronous test structure. which is mainly used for repeated torsion-bending combined test of metal wire to detect the performance and defects of metal wire subjected to plastic deformation in repeated torsion-bending combined test.

This testing machine is mainly used in the quality supervision industry, metal, machinery industry and cable and wire, wire rope and other production and manufacturers. Suitable for varied diameter metal wire, equipped with special fixtures, can be used for repeated torsion test of other specifications.

Main function:

PLC touch screen display:

Parameters: the machine control related parameters;

Test conditions: test speed, test frequency, test angle direction, control conditions;

Test monitoring: the current running status, such as cable testing actual frequency, angle, speed etc;

Unattended: the device can automatically determine whether the sample is off, by monitoring its circuit; it will automatically shut down, if the circuit disconnect, without staff supervision;

Special fixture: according to the cable of different diameter, it is equipped with appropriate clamping fixture;

Machine performance: Kunlun tongtai LCD + Mitsubishi PLC + Panasonic servo motor, transmission components are all imported original products, smooth operation, high torque, high accuracy, long life, low noise;

Monitor online:   The points are divided into 3 groups, there are 6 pairs of interfaces in every single group, which can meet the simultaneous monitoring of 18 pairs of wires. The wiring board is installed directly above each station sample to facilitate the cable connection.
