• YJ900 Girder Transform and Erection Machine is applied to the construction and erection of the passenger line in the mountain area for the doublet hole concrete box girder of 20m, 24m and 32m (including Curve girder, and the present casting box beam), especially for the tunnel and bridge connection situation. It can shift and transfer at the precast place to finish the relevant erection, through the pavement, railway roadbed, bridges (including steel girder single span and multi-span present casting girder) without any destroy of the roadbed and bridge surface. It can make use of its own function and the auxiliary equipment on its own to transfer from working places, steer, shift and transfer concrete box girder to across the double tunnel of the passenger line without the help of any other Auxiliary equipment. There will be no collision with the project while working. It is convenient and to finish the construction and erection of the first girder and the last two girders. It can meet the needs of construction and erection of zero distance and negative distance at the entry of the tunnel as well as the inside tunnel erection (Technical measures should be taken when designing the tunnel between two tunnel entries, less than three girders, of 250km/h). When the pre-walking wheel-sets of the erection machine works with the guide girder machine to construct and erect bridge, the pre-walking wheel-sets walks to the folding platform directly, and it need not to return the bridge surface.
• The walking-sets of this machine is hinged structure, and is suitable for high speed walking when shifting, and is suitable for walking on different pavement.
• This machine can be used for bidirectional girder erection, and the guide machine can steer for 1800 by using a dial.
