Among of which, the construction for the round coal bunker of Shanghai Shidongkou 2nd power Plant is undergoing, which is designed for storing 150,000t coal.     

FGD is an environment-protecting project characterized with high technology, complicated system and difficult construction. Two of the aforesaid FGD units, both FGD unit of Baosteel No.1 unit and FGD unit of Baosteel No.3 sintering engineering had been put into operation in May, 2008, which was undertaken by us in 2007.  The most reliable and efficient method in the world, Wet-type Limestone –Gyspum, is adopted for the desulfurization. The whole unit has an availability ratio not below 95%, desulfurization efficiency not less than 95% and with an annual desulfurization quantity 7000t.

The commencement of the FGD unit of Baosteel No.3 unit is in Aug., 2008, an inner calcium-spraying dry-desulfurization process is adopted for it. The desulfurization facilities with an international level, its dry denitration rate is up to 50%, desulfurization rate is up to 80%, and its desulfurization rate can reach 90% if a humidifier is installed at the end of flue. The project is completed and put into production in June, 2009.
