On March 3, 2025, the "2025 Shanghai Specialized Program on Foreign-Related Legal and Compliance Capacity Enhancement," jointly organized by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME), and co-hosted by ZTE Corporation, was successfully held in Shanghai. Zhang Guohua, First-Level Inspector of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce; You Yongsheng, Director of the Foreign Trade Development Division; Jiang Fang, Director of the Bureau of Industrial Security and Import/Export Control at Ministry of Commerce; Shi Yonghong, Vice President of CCCME; and Yan Wei, Senior Vice President of ZTE Corporation attended the event. More than 300 representatives from relevant government departments, legal experts, and Shanghai-based foreign trade enterprises participated in the event, discussing new trends, challenges, and strategies in foreign-related legal system development and corporate compliance management.
