Description
This product is a comprehensive acquisition module for real-time measurement and acquisition of 8-channel DC loads. It adopts high-speed isolation devices to realize the signal of each channel.
The signal measurement adopts a dedicated 24-bit high-precision true RMS measurement chip to measure the RMS parameters such as current, voltage, power, accumulated power, etc., with high precision, good stability and fast sampling speed; Furthermore, it uses standard RS485 bus Modbus -RTU protocol. And this product can be widely used in product fatigue, production automation testing, computer room monitoring, non-standard automation equipment, etc.
Features
l Voltage, current, power and cumulative power measurement of 8 DC loads, which can be used for AC and DC general measurement;
l High speed: 8 channels of independent AD synchronous sampling, the fastest only 10mS to complete the data acquisition of all electrical parameters of 8 channels;
l High precision: use 24-bit AD sampling, with a measurement resolution of 1/10,000 and 1/50,000, and a linear accuracy of 0.1%;
l Flexible: 10mS, 20mS, 40mS, 60mS, 80mS, 100mS, 400mS, 1000mS eight acquisition speeds are adjustable, that is, the measurement of all electrical parameters can be completed within the set time; More importantly, the function of uploading actively can be customized;
l Two functions can be optional: unipolar measurement and bipolar measurement, with maximum value recording function;
l High reliability: the 8 channels are isolated from each other, and also the power supply, communication and the measured terminal are completely isolated; the withstand voltage is more than 2500V;
l There are two options for setting address, baud rate and software setting by hardware DIP switch;
