low voltage anti harmonic reactor
- Product Details
- Company Profile
1.The insulation system complies with UL (Class H) 2.Over temperature protection (normally closed 160 ℃) 3.High grade H enamelled wire or metal foil winding 4.Good heat dissipation 5.Strong anti saturation ability 6.Low loss and low noise
Material selection:
The iron core adopts high-quality cold-rolled low loss silicon steel, low magnetic flux design,
good linearity and strong anti saturation ability.
The coil is wound with high-grade H-grade enameled wire or metal foil, with high heat
resistance.
Process selection:
1. Multi air gap sectional design, uniform air gap distribution, reducing additional loss and
three-phase deviation.
2. When the coil enamelled wire is designed, there is no interlayer paper to increase heat
dissipation; When winding metal foil, class H insulating paper is used between layers.
3. The whole product is impregnated with class H insulating paint to improve insulation,
strengthen heat dissipation and reduce noise.
Over temperature protection:
When the reactor temperature reaches the preset disconnection condition (160 ℃), the
normally closed point acts to cut off the circuit and the reactor stops working.
When the reactor temperature drops to the set reset level, the over temperature protection
device will automatically restore the circuit continuity to avoid damaging itself and the
electrical appliances in the circuit.
