Highly integrated integrated host (temperature control system integrated in the host) saves space. LCD + network communication manual control box makes user experience more convenient. The automatic leveling system adopts redundant control and two-way opposed slot photoelectric switch, which is stable and reliable. Ethernet distributed control is adopted, the data transmission speed is fast, and the wiring is simple and regular. Software one key power off recovery test function, more convenient operation. Each fulcrum of the lever adopts the structure of knife edge and knife bearing, which ensures the high sensitivity of the whole machine.

RPL series electronic High-Temperature Creep Fatigue Testing Machine has powerful function, besides basic creep, relaxation, durability, it also can do compress strength over zero, low-cycle fatigue, creep fatigue test.

1.Dynamic process can be tension-tension mode, tension-stress mode, can be over zero, continuously.

2.According to customer requirement, can do static and dynamic testing system(including draw bar, grips, extensometer, high-temperature furnace), can be finished by separate column, fully automatic operate controlled by special controller.

3.Under common high temperature environment, can do strain durability, creep, relaxation, low cycle fatigue, creep fatigue, strain & press low-cycle fatigue and creep fatigue test.
