HDMI 2.1V 8K
The latest HDMI specs support a range of higher video resolutions, refresh rates including 8K60 and 4K120, and resolutions up to 10K. It also supports dynamic HDR format and increases the bandwidth capability to 48gb HDMI.
The new superfast HDMI cable supports 48Gbps bandwidth. The cable ensures high bandwidth independence, including uncompressed 8K video support for HDR. Ultra-low EMI (electromagnetic interference), can reduce interference to nearby wireless equipment. Backward compatible cable can also be used for existing HDMI devices.
Version 2.1 of the HDMI specification is backward compatible with earlier versions and was developed by the HDMI Forum technical working group, a group of leading manufacturers of consumer electronics, personal computers, mobile devices, cables and components.
Features of the HDMI 2.1 specification include:
Higher video resolution: supports a range of higher resolutions and faster refresh rates (including 8K60Hz and 4K120Hz) for an immersive viewing experience and smooth fast motion details. Supports up to 10K resolution for commercial AV, industrial and professional USES.
Dynamic HDR ensures that every scene, and even every frame, of video shows the desired depth of field, detail, brightness, contrast, and wider gamut.
The ultra-high speed HDMI cable supports an uncompressed HDMI 2.1 function with 48Gbps bandwidth. EMI from the cable is extremely low, backward compatible with earlier versions of the HDMI specification, and can be used on existing HDMI devices.

EARC simplifies connectivity, makes it easier to use, and supports the most advanced audio formats and the highest audio quality. Ensure full compatibility between audio devices and the upcoming HDMI 2.1 products.
The enhanced refresh rate ensures smoother and seamless movement and transition of games, movies, and video images. These include:
Variable refresh rate (VRR) eliminates lag, lag, and tearing, resulting in a smoother, more detailed and realistic game experience.
Fast media switching (QMS) for movies and BBBS can eliminate delays that may cause a black screen before the content is displayed.
Fast frame transfer (QFT) reduces latency, making games and implementation of interactive virtual reality seamless and smooth.
Automatic low latency mode (ALLM) automatically sets ideal latency Settings for smooth, undelayed and uninterrupted viewing and interaction.
HDMI 2.1 compliance test specification (CTS) will be released in phases in the first to third quarters of 2018, and HDMI adopters will be notified upon release.
