Product introduction

BM-series refiner system is a traditional product of Zhenjiang Zhongfoma Machinery Co., Ltd., which is a special equipment for making fiber preparation and also is the key equipment in MDF/HDF production line and paper-making and pulping production line. After many years of our self-innovation and continuous improvement, the product series now includes multiple sizes i.e. 36, 42, 44, 48, 54 and 58¡åand can meet the requirement of a 3 to 30 t/hr £¨bone-dry£©MDF/HDF or paper-making/pulping production line with just one single machine. 

Main innovations and key technologies of  BM-series refiners are as follows: 

1.Adoption of mechanical seal and cooling system made in China; 

2.A complete availability of extrusion and dehydration screws such as 12 / 14 / 16 / 18 / 20 / 24¡å;

3.A simple and compact structure of main machine and thus easy to install and maintain; 

4.With comprehensive hydraulic and electric inter-locking protection systems.
