BCHZ-15 Multifunction Bulk Heavy ANFO Explosive Delivery Truck for Onsite Mixing and Loading was developed by CINO MINING CO., LTD which has made full use of background of international cooperation and by further integrating with the advanced techniques used in the industry both at home and abroad. BCHZ-15 Multifunction Bulk Heavy ANFO Explosive Delivery Truck consists of the following subassemblies: vehicle chassis, power output system, hydraulic system, electrical control system, porous granular ammonium nitrate storage bin, emulsion matrix storage bin and its conveying system, fuel pumping and metering system, 3¨Cstage auger filling system,etc. The vehicle integrates as a whole the transportation of raw materials, explosive on-site mixing, and mechanical loading. It has the following distinctive features:

(1) All raw materials needed for explosive mixing are respectively stored in storage bins on top of truck. Only after the truck arriving at the blasting site, can explosive mixing and charging operation begin. Therefore, the operation of this kind of truck is very safe and reliable.

(2) The key components of pumping, hydraulic and automatic control systems of the truck all employ imported products, which are stable and reliable.

(3) Advanced technology formula of explosive, wide sources of raw materials, advanced emulsion technology. The performance of onsite mixed heavy ANFO explosives is stable and reliable, with strong water resistance and excellent detonation performance.

(4)The mixing and transmission of ingredients adopts electric hydraulic control, which features flexible operation, accurate metering with metering error less than 2%. The operation is safe and reliable.

(5) High mixing and loading efficiency (240-450 Kg/min) and large operating radius, thus realizing mechanization of explosive loading operation, reducing the labor intensity of the workers and the number of truck movement.

(6) The density of mixed heavy anfo explosives can be adjusted according to the requirement of field operation. Full coupling of blasthole from bottom-up can be realized, which overcomes charge discontinuity caused by manual loading. High loading density greatly improves the charge quality of wet hole. The utilization of blasthole is high and blasting cost is low.

 (7) ANFO explosives, heavy ANFO explosive and emulsion explosive can be onsite mixed respectively.
