1. General description
ZW32-12M series outdoor H.V. permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker is used in tri-phase electric system of AC 50 Hz, rated voltage 12kV. It is suitable for breaking, closing load current, overload current and short-circuit current, and for substation and industry-mining enterprises or the rural electrical power distribution system.
2. Main functional characteristic
a. Automatic control function: the circuit breaker has the function of switching status control, three-sect over current protection, three auto-reclosure, as well as RS-485 communication connector to achieve remote-measurement, remote-adjustment, remote-controlling, remote-communication, suitable for different automatic power distribution system.
b.Permanent magnetic mechanism operation: the circuit breaker adopts the most advanced permanent magnetic mechanism operation in the world, the spare parts without abrasion, the mechanism life achieve 30,000 times, three multiples than common spring mechanism. With reduction 70% on machine spare parts for permanent magnetic mechanism, the reliability of switching improved much highly.
c.Full-sealed structure design: the vacuum interrupter, mechanism operation and operation link are sealed together inside vacuum circuit base, avoids the condensation pocking for circuit breaker, the product could keep for 10 years with non-maintaining.
d.Miniaturization structure: the circuit breaker adopts new type compound solid isolated material, make the vacuum interrupter, main galvanic circle, isolation supporting as a group organically to be an integrated embedded pole, ultimately solves the contradiction between vacuum interrupter miniaturization and outside isolation requirement.
