Aggregate supply system: ① protectiv plate on both sides of hopper to avoid sundries getting into the aggregate and conveyor belt. ② in order to supply aggregate smoothly, equip vibrator below each hopper. ③ adds grid plate on top of each hopper to screen oversize aggregate into hopper. ④ equips ladder and platform, easy to maintainence. ⑤ between flat conveyor belt and feeding conveyor belt, there is a small screen, to further screen oversize aggrgate into drying drum. Drying drum: ① built by boiler steel plate, high strength and best thermal insulation. ② equips auto lubrication device, greatly reduce labor cost. ③ the rolling rings and rollers are applying high strength wear-resistance material, deviation preventing rollers for both rolling rings. ④ the outside of drum, use thermal insulation wool material and stainless steel to protect, could maintain the temperature inside and reduce heat loss. Burner: Special design by France Gerneral brand, could use Coal, diesel oil, heavy oil or Gas as fuel. Vibration screen: adopt durable vibritor linear type, high wear resistance mesh screen; and equips famous vibration motors, completely sealed. Weighing and mixer system: adopts world famous brand TOLEDO weighing component, to make sure the high accuracy. mixer adopt twin horizontal mix shaft with auto lubrication system. Dust collector: QLB800 modle adopt wet dedust type. From QLB1000 above adopts two stages dedust method, first stage is cyclone dust collector, and secondary stage use bag dust collector, which is DUBON filter bag, heat resistant and equips temperature testing device, pulse control instrument, heat insulation.
