EFIELD PEX AL PEX / PE-AL-PE / PERT AL PERT PIPE ADVANTAGES: 1. EFIELD Multilayer Composite Pipe System consists of multilayer pipes(PEX/AL/PEX, PE-AL-PE), brass fittings, valves etc. 2. EFIELD has passed CE, AENOR, WRAS, WATERMARK. 3. Multilayer pipes have been used widely both for water underfloor heating system and gas sytem in residential and commercial builidings based on stringent technical standards. The middle aluminum layer assures no gas permeability. In outdoors installations, the multilayer pipes'resistance to rupture and other technical properties permit the use of innovative techniques such as " no sand and no dig" installations. 4. PEX-AL-PEX pipe is widely used in residential and commercial plumbing and in pressure service on compressed air and compressed gas systems. PEX, and PEX-AL-PEX pipe are typically joined with metal fittings.

2) Aluminum layer is longitudinally welded ( by untra-sonic wave method ) in an over-lapping way.


3) Aluminum layer is BUTT-WELDED by LASER welding method.
