It is applied to the transportation of drilling mud without landing waste slurry treatment system, kitchen waste, domestic garbage transportation, mud cake transportation, etc.

1. Strong resistance to entanglement.      

2. There is no central axis interference, which has special advantages for conveyor belt and easy winding materials.      

3. Good environmental performance. The fully enclosed conveying and easy-to-clean spiral surface ensure environmental sanitation and the materials to be transported from contamination and leakage.      

4. Large torque and low energy consumption. Since the screw has no shaft, the material is not easy to be blocked, and the discharge port is not blocked, so it can be operated at a lower speed, and the transmission is smooth, and the energy consumption is reduced. The torque can reach 4000N/m.      

5.The amount of transportation is large. The conveying capacity is 1.5 times that of the conventional shaft screw conveyor of the same diameter.      

6. Long conveying distance. The single machine can transport up to 30 meters in length. According to the needs of users, multi-stage series installation can be used to transport materials over long distances.
