We can provide customized service to customers with all kinds of seamless rolled rings, includes:carbon steel forging, alloy steel forging, stainless steel forging, aluminium forging, titanium alloy forging, and super alloy forging. Covers kinds of products:Flange,tube sheet, wind power flange and bearing,gear ring,slewing bearing,yaw pitch bearing, forged rim and so on.

We can produce all kinds of high cylinder forging, wide thickness seamless rolled ring, the outer diameter of rolled rings from 600mm to 9000mm,and the height can be reach 1500mm. We have two forging lines, one line equipped 4000 tons hydraulic pressure machine and OD6300mm rolled ring machine, another line equipped 5000 tons oil pressure machine and OD90000 mm rolled ring machine. The annual capacity of forging manufacture is 60000 tons . 

Our ring forging products are applied to petrochemical equipment,Wind power equipment, nuclear power equipment and other new energy equipment,ocean engineering equipment, mechanized equipment, oil and gas equipment, gas turbine engine, aerospace and military project.

AVIC EXCELLENCE FORGING also have over ten sets all kinds of heat treatment furnaces, and could do normalizing, annealing, quenching, tempering, aging, solid solution and so on. The outer diameter of biggest furnace is 8500mm.

AVIC EXCELLENCE FORGING also have over ten sets different size vertical lathes, from 1.6 m to 8 m.At the same time, AVIC Excellence Testing Center is the only testing center of AVIC Metal Test Technology Co. Ltd. a third party service platform of AVIC Industry, very important.  And, it is an experienced, capable and highly qualified state-level third party testing platform. We have equipped SPECTRO direct-reading spectrometer, high temperature tensile tester, low temperature impact tester, hardness tester, metallographic testing equipment, ultrasonic fault detector and other Physical and chemical inspection analysis equipment.
