CVT Traveling

Adopt CVT Traveling,reliable technology and zero fault.

After using CVT transmission for a period of time, you need to check the walking belt. If there is a loose belt, please adjust the adjusting screw in time.

Adjustment method: first loosen one bolt, then adjust the two adjustment screws, and adjust the screw to move outward. (remember to adjust both left and right)

Power Master Clutch£º

1. If the power not enough or weak during the use, it indicates that five joint group has insufficient tension and needs adjustment.

Adjustment method: first, loosen one of the nuts at picture 1, and adjust the other nut to make the rod shorter. If replace the joint belt to let the main clutch combine, you need to adjust the bolts 2 and 4, so that the retainer picture 5 is as close as possible to the belt, but no connect. Finally, adjust the 3 bolts so that the pallets 6 do not touch the belt, then let the main clutch disengage, the pulley on the engine does not touch the five-piece belt.
