1. Scope of application

S11-M-30 ~ 2500 / 20-10 type fully-sealed oil-immersed transformer is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 10KV, 20KV and below power systems, as oil, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, light industry and other enterprises and Distribution transformer in dusty places.

3. Structural features

3.1 Iron core

The core is made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with high magnetic permeability grain orientation. The iron core is a core type iron core, a full oblique seam stacked iron core, and its iron core column is a circular cross section with multiple steps.

3.2 Winding

The winding is made of corrugated oil channel, non-impregnated with lacquering, and the winding is concentric. The windings are all concentric coils: the high-voltage winding has taps corresponding to the requirements of the tapping voltage and leads to the tap changer. The switch is installed on the cover and needs to be cut off After the power supply can realize 10KV and 20KV voltage transfer, and change the tap voltage.

3.3 Security protection device

30-2500KVA transformer is equipped with pressure relief valve

According to user needs, gas relays with alarm and trip terminals can be installed

3.4 Oil temperature measuring device

The transformers are equipped with a glass thermometer tube seat, the tube seat is located on the top of the oil tank, and extends into the inner 120 ± 10MM

3.5 Transformer tank

The transformer oil tank is composed of corrugated walls, the surface is sprayed with dust, and the paint film is firm. The corrugated fins not only have a cooling function, but also have a "breathing" function. The elasticity of the corrugated fins can compensate for the change in transformer oil volume caused by temperature rise and fall. Therefore, the fully sealed transformer has no oil storage cabinet, which reduces the overall height of the transformer.

Transformer adopts vacuum oil injection process during packaging, which completely removes the moisture in the transformer, and the transformer oil is not in contact with air. Effectively prevent the possibility of oxygen and moisture intruding into the transformer, which may cause the deterioration of the transformer oil insulation performance and the aging of the transformer oil, so there is no need to conduct regular oil sample tests.
