Production principle of meltblown cloth:

Screw extruder ----> filter ----> metering pump ----> heating system ----> melt blown box ----> web forming machine ----> winding

The object is extremely stretched to form extremely fine short fibres and condenses onto the porous to form a web, and finally forms a nonwoven by self-adhesive reinforcement
