The company formerly known as Beipiao Rubber Plant which was run by state in 1958, has extensive production experience of tube and advanced production technology. The company produces 30,000 Butyl tubes every day, employing 800 people (including 8 senior engineers, 150 medium and senior professional and technical personnel). The company is a large-scale private joint-stock enterprise group which deals with production, supply, marketing and research. Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda Tyre Limited Company mainly produces butyl rubber inner tubes for vehicles, rubber pads, engineering tubes. The total investment is nearly 150 million Yuan. The industrial land of our company is 68000 square meters, with an annual output of 10 million butyl inner tubes, 9.3 million truck inner tubes, 600,000 engineering inner tubes, 100,000 forklift tires year, 5 million mats. Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda Tyre Limited Company has advanced production equipment and superb technology, including two big oak 270 type key refining machines with auxiliary machines, twelve 450 type opened refining machines, six 250 type filter rubber machines, four 200 type extrusion machines, sixteen 560 opened refining machines, two 660 opened refining machines, four production lines, eighteen tube interface machines, one hundred and eighty sulfide machines, a valve mouth production line. All of the above equipments are domestic well-known brands and provided by Taiwan manufacturers.
