YINRICH’s GD,GDL,GDT series  depositing line are developed for the purpose of high capacity output from 500kgs/h up to 1000kgs/h of deposited hard candy , lollipop or toffee’s production. The  LED touch panels for easy operating; In-line injection, dosing and pre-mixing techniques for the proportional addition of liquid(milk); Dosing pumps for the automatic injection of colors, flavors and acids; two/three-color striped depositing; two color double layers depositing; central filling; clear hard candies and etc. can be made on this line.

Underband Servo-drive design:

¡öAll drive components are mounted on the machine(underband) rather than on the depositing head. 

¡öThe unique design is in compact and simple, which can  reduce the movement  inertia  and weight of the depositing head ,thus it can achieve higher the depositor’s running speed to maximise output capacity;

¡öMachine is hydraulic free ,thus to avoid risk of oil leakage onto the products;

¡ösimple maintenance requirement;

¡öthree axis servo control ensures the complete control over the depositing process;

¡öOpen hopper area design for easy access for syrup feeding and for convenient operation;

Machine’s running:

¡ömachine’s movement and power drive- out is controlled via servo-motors to ease of the noise;

¡öthe machine’s running is much smooth and reliable;

¡öthe position location is accurate; a repeatable operation is accurate;

¡öcontinuous process for minimal product wastage;

Process control:

¡öFull PLC control and touch screen provide full process operation, recipe management and alarm handling;

¡öThe weight control of the individual candy is easy done. All the parameters can be set on the touch screen, such as candy weight, depositing speed, and etc..

¡öAccurate control of the product dimensions and weight;

Maintenance:

¡öEasy removal of the hoppers, manifolds for the product changeover and clean down;
