HEGERLS Long Span Racking is composed of upright frames, beams and shelf boards. The beam consists of the facade
reinforced P-type beam, welded P-type box beam and P-type tube. This type of rack is characterized by large carrying capacity,
stable structure and unlimited specifications(height, length). It can be designed as three-upright-unit form as needed to solve
the problem in depth and overload of single layer. According to capacity of load carrying, they are divided into light, medium and heavy styles.
It’s suitable for warehouses of different industries and categories.

The upright frame adopts the u-shaped design of one body and six bends, and using the mechanical principle of inverted irrigation
and the design of functional holes. Compared with the traditional c-type upright frame, the bending resistance is stronger. The heavier
the goods, the more stable the racks.Medium Long Span Racking use diamond hole design, customers can adjust the height according
to their own needs.The material of beam is full, beautiful and strong, far beyond the peer.
Electrostatic spraying is adopted in the spray process, which is non-toxic, harmless, green and environmentally friendly, not easy
to decolorize, and smooth in welding.The design of the eagle beak column card is perfectly combined with the diamond hole,
no nut is needed, the spacing is adjusted at will at 50mm, and it is equipped with the safety pin, which is more stable and safe and
not easy to loose.
Thickened sole design, enhance the friction between the shelf and the ground, more stable.
