The cone machine developed and manufactured by our company can be used to make a variety of wafer ice cream cones with a crisp taste. Operation Steps of Wafer Cone Making Machine

1. Lay the machine flat on the surface of the water platform without tilting.

2. Connect the power supply, set the temperature of the upper and lower molds, and wait for the temperature to rise.

3. After the temperature rises, pull the upper mold up and close the lower mold.

4. Pour the slurry, press down the upper mold and close the lower mold, and after about one to two minutes, the ice cream cone is formed.

5. Pull the upper mold up and the lower mold apart. The egg cone will automatically fall into the channel under the fuselage and slide out.

6. Repeat the above actions to achieve continuous production. Unplug the power when not in use, and clean the mold in time to keep it clean.
