Permanent magnet synchronous gearless Traction Machine

Permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machine is a kind of traction machine which is driven directly by permanent magnet synchronous motor. It is installed in the elevator machine room or elevator shaft, generally on the top floor of the building or inside the shaft, which is the power device of the elevator. The permanent magnet synchronous motor directly drives the rope wheel, which drives the car and counterweight to move up and down the guide rail through the steel wire rope, so that the elevator can complete the vertical transportation task. This type of traction machine can combine different traction ratio to form elevators with different speed and load capacity. Generally, traction ratio is 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, 6:1, etc. The permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machine is characterized by high transmission efficiency, low energy consumption, stability, low noise, space saving, long service life, safety and reliability, and low maintenance cost.
