Basic configuration of the whole vehicle

1. Body: the cab and columns on both sides are made of high-strength aviation aluminum by one-time molding, with high strength, corrosion resistance, lightweight and other characteristics. After pickling and phosphating electrophoresis, the primer is coated with epoxy primer, and the car is painted at high temperature. It has strong antirust ability, beautiful and durable.

2£®Chassis: the chassis is made of high-strength pipes specially used for automobile chassis manufactured by Baosteel. After gas protection welding, acid pickling and phosphating electrophoresis, it is painted with epoxy primer as the primer, and the surface is sprayed with special paint of chassis produced by Erqi. After rigorous salt spray test, it is ensured that it will not rust during the whole design life. At the same time, it has the excellent characteristics of high strength, toughness, high torsion and no deformation.

4.Seat: Angle adjustable backrest leatherette seat.

5.Floor: patterned aluminum plate, non-slip floor leatherette.

6.Instrument panel: Polyurethane one-time foam forming gorgeous automobile instrument panel, special liquid crystal display combination instrument for electric vehicle, functions include: electric quantity display, voltage display, working current display, speed per hour, light follow-up, etc., advanced steering wheel, advanced automobile sound, reversing warning buzzer, instrument panel can be equipped with electric fan.

7.Optional: detachable cab door. It ensures more comfortable use in different seasons.

8.Steering system: rack type double output steering gear, standard EPS electric power steering, extremely light and precise steering.

9. Light / horn: equipped with gorgeous headlamp, automobile combination tail light, automobile special dual tone horn.
