LPG multistage pump
The working principle of the multi-stage centrifugal pump is the same as that of the centrifugal pump. When the motor drives the impeller on the shaft to rotate at high speed, the liquid filled in the impeller will swing from the center of the impeller to the periphery of the impeller along the flow passage between the blades under the action of centrifugal force. As the liquid is affected by the blades, the pressure and speed will increase at the same time, and then it will be led to the secondary impeller through the flow passage of the guide shell. That's it According to the principle of sample, it flows through all impellers and guide shells one by one, further increasing the pressure energy of the liquid.
The pump body of multistage centrifugal pump is segmented, consisting of a front section, a back section and several middle sections, which are connected into a whole by bolts. This kind of segmented pump is equivalent to installing several impellers on a shaft in series at the same time, and the number of impellers on the shaft represents the number of pump stages. There is an axial thrust on the pump shaft. When the multi-stage pump is working, the liquid is sucked by the suction pipe. The liquid is pressed out from the former impeller and enters the latter one in sequence. The specific energy of the liquid increases once every time it passes through one impeller. Therefore, the total head of the pump increases with the increase of the impeller number.
