Automatic Nozzle

The self-sealing oil gun is that automatically closes when the nozzle is in contact with the liquid surface. It can prevent oil from overflowing, keep the site clean and reduce air pollution.

1.2 Working principle

After the fuel dispenser is started, the oil gun switch is turned on, and the oil is output through the main valve hole through the venturi, the outlet valve and the barrel.

When refueling, as the oil quickly flows through the venturi, a low pressure zone is formed in the sealed cavity between the venturi and the secondary valve seat, and the gas nozzle leading to the gas pipe to the front end of the barrel all the way to the upper chamber of the self-control membrane. When the oil or foam in the container has not reached the gas nozzle, the low pressure zone is released due to the gas passage through the atmosphere; when the oil or foam is still submerged, the gas nozzle is blocked, and a negative pressure is formed in the upper chamber of the self-control membrane. The self-control film is moved up and the steel ball is slid down. The self-sealing rod slides down under the pressure of the main valve, and at the same time drives the switch to disengage the support plate, so that the main valve is closed and the oil gun is self-sealing.

After the oil gun is self-sealing, the self-sealing rod and the self-control membrane are reset under the respective spring force, and the switch is reset to restore the oil function.

The TD-11B type oil gun should work only when the oil pipe is pressurized. It is normal for the oil gun not to open when the oil pipe is not under pressure. When the system pressure is closed, the oil gun is not closed for self-sealing, and the pressure needs to be re-opened after the pressure is restored. The oil gun can be refueled normally.
