Cylinder boring machine

The boring machine is mainly used for re-boring engine cylinders of automobiles.

 The machine is mounted on the top of cylinder block during operation. The top surface of cylinder block is used as reference plane.

 

1. Reliable performance, widely use, processing accuracy high productivity

2.Easy and flexible operation

3.Good rigidity, amount of cutting

4. Generally, cylinders should be rebred to a size with an allowance of 0.05mm for honing after laboring.

5. It is recommended that a spindle speed of 380 r/min may be used for boring range of 65-90mm, and 250 r/min for over 90mm.
