Filling system: The eps expander machine adopts electronic weighing system, setting filling weight on touch screen for the material filling automatically.
Material level control: Adopts photo sensor to control the expansion level.
Electric control: Adopt PLC and touch screen, keep all process work automatically.
Note:
Vibration level sensor is optional.
Proportional valves of steam and compressed air are optional.
Chamber pressure and temperature sensors control system are optional.
As for SPJ70B eps expander machine ,the machine needs to be equipped with PID control system when the expansion density is above 30g/L.
