This series structure is designed as mechanical symmetrical up-adjusting 3-roller plate rolling machine, upper roller do vertical elevating moving at the center position of two down roller, elevating of upper roller is realized through motor, speed reducer, worm gear and worm .The two lower rollers are driving-roller. The upper roller is driven-roller. This machine can be used widely in shipbuilding, boilers, aviation, hydroelectric industry, metal structure and machinery industry.

This machine is mainly used to roll cylinder parts. After adding cone tube device according to user requirements, it can also produce cone line cylinder parts. It is widely used in the manufacturing of tubes and tanks in machinery, metallurgy, chemical construction and other industries. The sheet must be pre-bent at the end and then rolled.

The working principle of this machine is to bring the blank through the lower roller, the upper roller presses the blank, and the lower roller moves the blank forward and backward. The upper roller moves the blank downward, and gradually bends the blank into an arc or cylindrical shape. Specifically: the lower roller passes through the reduction gearbox of the main motor and the gear pair to drive the sheet material to make a rolling motion with a linear velocity of about 4 meters. At the same time, the upper roller must be coordinated to move in the vertical direction. Ensure that the half material is always subject to friction. While the upper roller gradually moves downward, it also gradually bends to finally meet the drawing requirements of the workpiece.
