| MR转子离心式破碎机是一款配有立轴的高性能破碎机，它适用于所有类型的矿物破碎和整形 ：从软质物料到硬质物料，无论是低磨损还是极高磨损的材质。物料中的每个颗粒在双腔式转子中高速旋转，然后甩向固定的反击板。反击板可由环形衬板或由砂床组成。 通过转子和壳体的宽大尺寸设计在很大程度上避免了堵塞。而且该款制砂机大的优势是整个转子无焊接部分，所有耐磨防护为单个可更换的易损件。 与多腔式设计相比，MR转子离心式破碎机采用的双腔式转子中输送的空气更少，降低了能耗，所节省的能量可用于提高产能，同时也降低了除尘装置的功率。双腔式转子具有开放式结构设计，从而允许出料口的可用尺寸达到最大（每侧 89°）。这样显著地降低了物料堵塞的风险。在 MR 双腔式转子中沿破碎腔会形成一个物料层 ，可作为自身磨损保护。与传统型转子相比，所需磨损件比例降至最小。 | | |||||||
