MCG Type High Voltage Pulse Series-Magnetic Equipment Magnetizing Machine Series
(1) MCG pulse high voltage series magnetizing and demagnetizing machine has extremely short output pulse current and high magnetizing speed, thus reducing the heating of magnetizing fixture.
Its charging and demagnetizing functions are switched by simple switches. This series is especially suitable for multipolar magnetization with strong rare earth magnetism,
magnetization of permanent magnetic materials with high coercivity, and magnetization and demagnetization inside and outside the motor.
(2) MCG 2.0, MCG 2.5 and MCG 4.5 high-voltage pulse series magnetizing machines are controlled by SCR, and the magnetizing voltage can be adjusted to 4500V at most, and the magnetizing time is 3-15 seconds.
