1. Equipment Features

1) Modular design is adopted. The large capacity direct refrigeration block ice machine is divided into machine unit modular, evaporator modular and cooling tower modular; the evaporator modular is divided into many sets according to size of ice machine;

2) The evaporator adopts special aluminum alloy plate which is more durable and meets food hygiene requirements;

3) Ice thawing and ice doffing are fully-automatic, therefore no manual work is need;

4) The ice is doffed by batch and the whole ice-doffing process only takes 25 minutes;

5) The whole batch of ice block can be moved by forklift, quick and convenient.

2. Block Ice Features:

1) Transparent and milky white ice for your reference;

2) Ice weight from 5Kg to 50Kg;

3) Easy to handle, transport and storage;

4) Without any chemical substance, it can be directly evaporated, and the ice making cycle is short.
