CNC LATHE MACHINE TCK50

The TCK50 CNC lathe adopts the 45°inclined layout,the integral bed greatly improves the bending and torsional rigidity of the machine during work, and the secondary aging treatment improves the stability of the machine tool,which provides a strong guarantee for the machine.The X and Z axis servos are directly connected to control the semi-closed loop control. The two axes are linear guide way. The X and Z configurations and the external dimensions are compact and reasonable.Independent spindle structure can realize spindle stepless speed regulation, it can realize clamping of various discs, shafts and parts at one time, and it can complete car, groove, inner (outer) hole, ball type, R-angle, arc surface, cone face, end face, metric and inch thread, single head and multi-head thread processing, suitable for the production of multi-variety, high-volume products, it can show its superiority for the processing of complex shapes and  high-precision parts.

The machine equiped with hollow hydraulic chuck and hydraulic tailstock,which improves the clamping efficiency and lay the foundation for the automatic processing of the machine.

1¡¢With 45° inclined bed structure, it can maintain the stability of machine precision when heavy cutting.

2¡¢The machine bed is made of a high-rigidity integrated bed and high-precision linear guides are installed to improve the running stability, efficiency and accuracy of the machine.

3¡¢Equiped with highly rigid hydraulic turret,the positioning accuracy is high and the heavy cutting deformation is small.

4¡¢The feed shaft servo motor is directly connected with the precision ball screw through the elastic coupling. The precision is high, and the two ends of the screw are fixed, which improves the support rigidity of the support base, make the distortion of lead screw caused by the frequent high speed positioning and heavy cutting reduced to the minimum.

5¡¢With full rail protection, the coolant tank and chip conveyor are separated from the machine,ensure the machine accuracy is protected from thermal cutting.

6¡¢The machine adopts electromechanical integration design, the overall layout is compact and reasonable, and the operatation is convenient and easy to maintain.
