1.Machine introduction
GMC2040 gantry machining center is one of our self-developed cnc machines.The table moves longitudinally along with heavy duty linear roller guide of bed to finish X feed; the slider moves crossly along with heavy duty linear roller guide of beam to finish Y feed; ram moves vertically along with rectangular guide of slider to finish Z feed; the machine can carry out three axes linkage in the control of CNC system.
The machine’s frame structure matching with grinding slide guide makes the machine with high rigidity,strong shock absorption, wide processing range, high stability. The machine has kinds of processing functions, such as milling,boring,drilling,tapping etc.It can be equipped with various milling heads, and has the function of changing head manually,enlarging machine’s processing range, and can finish the processing of multiple processes simultaneously in single clamping.
The machine structure and technology is mature, quality is stable. It’s suitable for kinds of mechanical processing field,such as automotive,marine,printing,packaging,textile,military,mold etc. The machine has the characteristic of high efficiency,high accuracy and high rigidity etc.It’s an ideal choice for enterprise high efficiency and batch processing.
2 .Machine main features and characteristics:
1. Machine main parts include: base,table,column,beam,slider,ram,pneumatic system,lubrication system,cooling,safe guard,guide way guard,CNC system,
electric control,tool magazine etc.The bed is box structure design with high stability and rigidity.And bed,column,beam and table adopt high grade castings which are made aging treatment with good rigidity, stable accuracy,durable in use.
2.X axis:the workable adopts double-layer reinforcing rib and hollow antivibration structure which improve the stability of processing. The table moves along with heavy duty linear roller guide way of bed, X driver adopts AC servo motor reducing speed 1:3 by synchronous belt , driving ball screw rotation to carry out longitudinal movement of table.X axis adopts heavy duty linear roller guide way,it has fast response and strong carrying capacity.
3.Both the column and the beam adopt a cylindrical structure with a large cross-section, and the interior uses a large-density grid rib structure to make them all have high bending and distortion resistance. The column imitates the "shoe-shaped" design, which effectively improves the overturning tendency of the column and improves the stability of the whole machine. Optional column height 250mm, 300mm, 400mm.
4.Y axis: adopts two heavy duty linear roller guide ways orthogonal to each other and combines with one rectangular guide way, it forms a unique structure of “linear-box combination” with good rigidity and quick response;Y axis driver adopts AC servo motor reducing speed 1:2 by synchronous belt, driving ball screw rotation to carry out cross movement of slider along crossbeam. Y axis has good shock absorption performance and ensure the stability of cutting.
5.Z axis: adopt four-sided embracing hard rail square ram (1 meter travel section 410 × 410) structure (optional trapezoidal ram six-sided hard rail + belt spindle structure), and after manual scraping, both can ensure the accuracy of the guide rail It can greatly increase the life of the hard rail; the Z-axis drive adopts an AC servo motor to reduce the speed through the synchronous belt 1: 2, driving the ball screw to rotate, and realizing the vertical movement of the ram along the slider.
6. The machine tool is a four-sided embracing hard rail square ram structure: the main drive adopts a large reduction ratio precision gearbox and a direct-connected spindle design, which has good rigidity, can achieve high torque output of the spindle, and improve workpiece processing efficiency.
(If the machine tool uses a six-sided hard rail structure with a trapezoidal ram: the main drive is a belt-type spindle)
7.X/Y/Z lead screws are all high precision ball screws with optimized pretension force.
8.The milling head is equipped with spindle rotation detecting system, which can realize automatic positioning of spindle and has tapping function.
9.The liquid nitrogen balance cylinder is symmetrically arranged on both sides of the machine ram, which can effectively improve the quick response ability of the Z axis and the stability of machining under the control of the liquid nitrogen system.
10.All moving parts of the machine have perfect centralized lubrication system, which can carry out timing,quantitative auto and manual lubrication as well as detecting and alarming.
11.The machine has auto cooling device, and also has coolant recovery and recycle device.The cooling system is arranged for outer cooling of workpiece.It’s composed of water tank,pump motor,filter,necessary pipeline,valves and relevant hardware.Water gun is standard for cleaning.
12.pneumatic:the compressed air of this machine is mainly used to clean tools and tool holders etc.The pneumatic device should comply with relevant standard about pneumatic such as GB/T6576 etc.Air gun is standard for cleaning.
13.Machine protection
(1)standard configuration:The machine is with half protection,the bed guide way is stainless steel telescopic protective cover,the crossbeam guide way adopts organ type protective cover, all adopt labyrinth dust prevention.
(2)Chip conveyor:the screw type chip conveyor can be equipped on left and right sides of machine table for collecting iron scurf conveniently (you must specify when ordering).
14.other configuration
⑴ The working area is equipped with lamp suitable for working at night.
⑵The machine is equipped with tricoloured light, it will remind three information:program running, work cycle completed and error warning.
