The working pressure of drilling hose is designed based on the maximum working pressure of drilling machine. The minimum burst pressure of drilling hose is 2.5 times as high as the working pressure. Therefore, even though the pump breaks down, the drilling hose will not burst. The tube of drilling hose is made from nitrile rubber, which can prevent the oil-based mud from permeating out of hose leading to the hose damage in the process of conveying the oil-based mud. Our drilling hose is manufactured with integral connectors and the connectors are resistant to pull-off, which can avoid the connectors falling off and hurting the workers in the process of pressure test. And this feature improves the pressure resistance and safety performance of drilling hose greatly.
Fireproof BOP hose is used in crisis working conditions primarily. It is often used to control hydraulic pressure of BOP (blowout prevention) in the drilling process. It is also used for the hydraulic transmission in the metallurgic and exploration industry at high temperature and in the flammable places. It is fire-resistant, so it can work well at high temperature. It can perform well for 6 minutes under the temperature of 1093°C, and it can work for 25 minutes at 750°C under working pressure (5000psi - 10000psi).
