Blowing film extrusion process of Geomembrane:
1. Raw material granules from hopper enter into plastic extruder(granules own gravity)
2. Rotating screw move these granules ahead
3. During this moving process, due to the fraction between plastics and screw barrel, and also fractional collison between granules itself, additional with barrel outer heating, granules will be melted gradually
4. Molten plastics under pressure effect extruded out of die lip
5. Forming cylindric film bubble by compressed air after air ring cooling.
6. Then depends on upper traction roller rotating, film bubble through sizing bubble fixed and herringbone clamped
7. Constantly blowing up to first traction roller, after which reach to rewinder through downward traction, finally rewinding to finished film rollers.
