Since 2011, our company began to the project of fracturing pump full-fiber die forging crankshaft and super-high tension high strength ultra-fine grain valve box used for oil and shale gas exploration. We invests a plenty of manpower, financial resources, resources and works with college and research institute, they focus on researching fracturing pump full-fiber die forging crankshaft and super-high tension high strength ultra-fine grain valve box, till 2013, we finished trial-production of fracturing pump full-fiber die forging crankshaft and super-high tension high strength ultra-fine grain valve box and production date inspection. Now our produced 2000KW-2800KW fracturing pump full-fiber die forging crankshaft and super-high tension high strength ultra-fine grain valve box have passed the third party inspection, their mechanical property  has reached or exceeded the word advanced level. Now it has put into mass-production and won good comments from domestic and oversea customers.
