Jilin Province Road Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (JRM for short) is located in Jilin City in North China which is famous for its natural wonder—soft rime. Established in 1972, JRM is an innovative enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of road construction and maintenance machinery. And it is one of the earliest asphalt mixing plant enterprises in China.

Reform and Reorganization The former of the company was Jilin Province Road Machinery Factory which was established in 1972 and was affiliated to Ministry of Communications of Jilin Province.
In 2004, the company was restructured as a private joint stock company and changed its name as Jilin Province Road Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.
In 2012, JRM became the wholly-owned subsidiary of Anshan Senyuan Road and Bridge Co., Ltd.(Senyuan Corporation and was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange together with Senyuan Corporation.
The reorganized JRM has established corporate government structure that meets the requirements for a listed company, integrated and optimized the human resources, leveraged the technical resources and market resources, and quickly improved the company’s core competitiveness through the raising funds and standardized management. The company aims to establish as a leader in the road construction and maintenance machinery industry.

Technical Strength The company’s technical staff accounts for more than 40% of the total staff. And the company has a technology R&D center which consists of two research institutes. The company has won multiple national invention patents, utility model patents and science and technology progress prizes.
The company has drawn up multiple national industry standards, such as standards for JT/T270-2002 batch asphalt mixing plant and standards for JT/T3167-93 snow remover, etc.
The company is executive member of China Road Machinery Industry Federation, and head of asphalt mixing equipment brance.
With the mature experience and proprietary technology in the series of batch asphalt mixing plant, JRM achieved success and completed the national hi-tech industry demonstration project for large tonnage batch asphalt mixing plant in 1999.
