Coal slime dryer is also known as sludge dryer, suitable for drying slurry, coal slime, sludge, metal and nonmetal materials in coal mining industry. Slime has high humidity and high adhesion. Wet slime is sent into coal slime dryer via ribbon conveyor, and the massive coal slime will be sent into drying chamber of the sludge dryer.

Coal Slime Dryer Introduction:

According to the working principle, slime dryer belongs to rotary drying equipment and it is a mature drying machine produced by our company. This machine is suitable for drying slime, sludge, metal and non-metallic ore in coal mines and clay in cement industry. It has the features of high productivity and convenient operation.

The slime dryer system is mainly composed of heat source system, feeding system, conveyance system, drying system, dust collection system, air introduction equipment and electric control system.

The heat source of the dryer machine comes from the combustion device and this dryer uses co-current heating method, so that when the materials to be dried go into the cylinder from the feeding box or feeding chute, they are pushed back by the spiral lifting board. Since the dryer machine is obliquely installed, the materials flow to the lower end of the machine under the gravity and the rotation of the machine, and on the other hand, the materials are repeatedly lifted by the lifting board to the higher end and then spread down constantly, so that the materials will form a even curtain inside the cylinder and conduct heat exchange with the hot air inside the cylinder. Since the materials constantly spread and the water contained in them will be dried, thus achieving the aim of drying.

Coal Slime Dryer Features：

Coal slime dryer or sludge dryer has strong anti-overload capability, large quantity management, low fuel consumption and low drying costs. Discharging devices can prevent phenomenon of clogging of the feed drum dryer, to reduce the load of the exhaust system.

Coal Slime Dryer Working Principle：

wet slime are sent into scattered equipment via ribbon conveyor, the massive coal slime after scattering are sent into drying chamber dryer of negative pressure, through feeding, cleaning, low temperature drying and discharging. The exhaust gas is drained after removing the dust, and the finished products are transported into warehouse.
