Working Principle of Shaking Table in Ore Dressing Line
The beneficiation process of a Shaking Table in Ore Dressing Line is carried out on the tilt table with riffle, the minerals are sent by the ore feeding chute on the upper angle of the bed, and simultaneously, the water supplying trough will supply horizontal washing water. Then under the gravity, horizontal washing force of the water, inertia and frictional force produced by the repeated asymmetrical motion of the bed, ore particles will layer according to proportion and granularity and have longitudinal motion along the bed and transverse motion along the slant bed. For this reason, ore particles with different proportion and granularity will run down along two sides of the bed along their own movement direction and be discharged from different zones of the concentrate end and tailing end and become concentrate, middlings and tailings. Fote table concentrate has high ore gathering ratio, high separation efficiency, easy management and convenient adjustment of the stroke.
