1）Machine guideway： Guideway is double flat, width 600mm,  HRC48-52 .
                      There is half protection on guideway to collect oil .
                  There is single feed rack  between the guideway.
2）Headstock and chuck ：The headstock has 3 shifts, speed infinite with in each shift. speed 40-1200r/min and this speed can be controlled by CNC system，Φ400mm 4 jaw chuck.
3）Dril box：The drill box has 2 shifts, speed infinite with in each shift. speed 0-1250r/min and this speed can be controlled by CNC system。
4）Pressure head：Pressure head is driven by Siemens Servo motor and move along the rack under CNC system. has automatic lubrication.
5）coolant oil ：Oil tank is on ground. oil volume: 80 L/min 、180 L/min 、280 L/min 、380 L/min, pressure:  2.5MPa/4 MPa
6）Feed system：Control by CNC, driven by servo motor, move along the rack, feed speed 5～1000mm/min。has Germany MAYR torque limiter to protect machine and tools.
7）Drill tube support: 2 pcs 。        
8）Steady rest and workpiece support： one steady rest and 2 workpiece support ，
 steady rest clamping diameter φ50～250mm，
workpiece support clamping daimenter φ240～400mm。
9）Lubrication：
Headstock, pressure head, drill tube support, drill box and feed system have lubrication.。
