★ PC remote control, convenient and efficient! ★ If there is abnormal valve open/close which will be detected by installed water pressure gauge, report to the cell real time! ★ Setup/adjusting all control commands through PC interface and send to field controllers. Also can operate, receive and display all the field information to the PC on real time. ★ Remote manual control of open/close of all valves, for up to total 250 wireless irrigation zones, and total 1000 valves. ★ PC Control up to 4 3G sub-system and 1 directly controlled subsystem. ★ Subsystem controls all field solar powered controllers through bidirectional special wireless mesh network without any wiring. ★ Each subsystem control up to 1 wired pump, 4 wireless pumps, 5 wireless flow meters, 8 master valves, 50 irrigation zones. ★ Subsystem is based on GG-002C, each subsystem is an intelligent controller which connect to the main controller by 3G. ★ The difference between 3G irrigation controller GG-003C and PC version GG-007A is, PC function as interface of main controller, the real main controller connect to the PC through USB connector. All other functions are almost as same as 3G irrigation controller GG-003C.
GG-007A System function:
1. This system is combined by PC,main controller, 3G subsystem, up to 250 wireless irrigation
zones, and total control up to 1000 valves.
2. PC through USB to communicate with main controller with
whole speed, speed is 12M/S.
3. Main controller communicate with subsystem through 3G
goes with cell phone can go.
4. Subsystem controls all field solar powered controllers through
special bidirectional wireless mesh net.
5. All setup information which is done at PC, will send to main
controller beside PC, then the main controller will send the information
through 3G to subsystem in the field.
6. User can use cell phone to check status of all field zones, and then
remotely control open/close of all field valves.
7. User also can adjust setup at PC, send adjusted setup to main controller beside PC, the main controller will send the information
to 3G subsystem in the field to be executed.
Main controller function is based on GG-003C:
1. Main controller can control up to 4 3G subsystems, one wireless system around main controller.
2. Every field 3G subsystem has independent ID, so they do not interfere each other.
3. Every subsystem can control up to 50 wireless irrigation zones, 1 wired pumps, 4 wireless pumps, 5 wireless flow meters and 8
master valves. Through bidirectional mesh wireless network to reach control radius of 2000m/6,500ft.
4. Main controller can control another one wireless system with 50 wireless zones, 1 wired pumps, 4 wireless pumps, 5 wireless
flow meters and 8 master valves around the main controller at 2000m/6,500ft radius control range.
5. This system total can control up to 250 wireless zones, each irrigation zone can control up to 4 valves, so total control up to 1000
valves.
PC software function:
1. On PC shows all the field status, green light means normal, red light means failure. When there is a failure, PC will report the failure
to the user’s cell phone.
2. Can browse and display on PC all the field information. As following:
Current moisture % and setup Dry/Wet control level.
1)Shows wireless sensor communication status and the battery status.
2)Shows wireless magnetic valve controller communication status and battery status.
3)Shows valves open/close status/failure information.
4)Shows information of pump for each zone, and shared valves.
5)Graphing moisture history chart with mark of most recent 17 irrigation events.
3. Adjust Dry/Wet control levels either on the PC or on the field controllers.
4. Can set and adjust forbidden irrigation time period. The forbidden irrigation time may be different from Monday to Sunday, every day
can have two allow periods. All zones under this mode share the same forbidden irrigation time schedules.
5. Can manually control open/close of each valve in the field to realize remote control from the main controller, also can manually
open/close control valve in the field for convenience.
6. Can choose irrigation mode for each zone:
1)Control by moisture level
2)Moisture level control + forbidden irrigation time
3)Timer control
7. Can browse for past events, like irrigation events, history of moisture level and failure notices.
8. Optional: connect wireless flow meters on the pump or the valve to their controller.
9. Optional: install one pressure sensor for each valve controller to check if open/close is normal.
10. Can set maximum valves open simultaneously to guarantee enough water pressure.
11. Can increase or cancel single zone. New accessories can be learned and registered on the PC, then operated with sub-controller.
12. System has calendar and time, system time is PC time.
13. Can show the graphs of data for history moisture level, with rain relay.
14. Can link/shows local weather condition.
15. User can set password for log on, and setup phone number in the system to remote-control by mobile phone.
16. Frost alarm faction: the user can set up temperature protection point like 0℃, when temperature reach this point, main controller
will either alarm or automatically start to irrigate to prevent frost damage according to user default. Option can also to water for a short
time to clear ice from pipes.
17. Can set maximum length of irrigation time, to prevent flooding by broken pipe or other accident.
18. When zones are in "Timer" mode, the moisture sensor may be used as a rain sensor. User can set the moisture sensitivity very
easily. No more irrigation in the rain.
19. When in "Timer" mode, each zone can have independent irrigation schedules, from Monday to Sunday with independent schedules
each day up to 2 irrigation events. Can copy schedules to different zones for convenience.
20. Can quickly access or cancel field operation mode. All valves in the zones will be closed during the field operation mode, and return
back to automatically irrigation control mode after cancel field operation mode.
For the subsystem function of GG-007A, which is based on GG-002C, please reference to GG-002C.
Sub-controller function:
1. Sub-controller has no interface, each subsystem controller equal to one GG-002C
main controller.
2. Collect the moisture samples in the field periodically through wireless moisture
sensorand do real time analysis and issue valve open/close demand if need. It will
keep work independently in the case that the 3G subsystem controller failed
3. 3G Sub-controller sends the data from the field to main controller through 3G network, the
main controller sends control signals back to sub-controllers in the field which will execute the demand.
4. All field controllers are solar powered, dramatically reducing installation cost
and trouble.
5. Each sub-controller can control up 1 wired pump, 4 wireless pumps, 5 wireless
flow metersand 8 wireless sharing valves. And can control up to 50 zones in 4 layer of
relays, reach wireless communication radius up to 2000m/6,500ft.
