Performance and features of this machine
This machine is suitable for large batch, small batch and single production of cylindrical spur, helical gears, worm wheel and chain wheel etc. with the process method of continuous cent.
This machine tool with wide bed, has features of good rigidity, high strength and precision, easy operation, adjustment and maintenance etc. Indexing worm gear of work table adopts precise worm wheel machine tool and special worm rod grinding bed for processing, which ensured high index precision. The worm wheel is made of high-quality copper which enhanced capacity of abrasion resistance.
The casting parts of machine tool is processed with precipitation heat treatment, which eliminated casting internal stress and avoided machine tool deformation. Machine bed and column guideway is processed with grinding treatment after quenching, which raised the hardness of guideway surface and enhanced capacity of abrasion resistance.
The adoption of drive gear for grinding and shaving process, which ensured the transmission accuracy.
