 LSQ-650 Standard Meter Gas Calibration System presented by JINCHUANG is a new generation automatic gas meter calibration system with high-precision, high efficiency and high reliability, which is used for testing and calibration of gas meters such as diaphragm, rotary and turbine gas meters and some types of ultrasonic meter.

The system is using a number of G650 (approved range of 20 – 1000 m3/h) Pulsation Free Rotary meters (IRM-3 DUO ) in Parallel and a G16 Rotary meter (approved range of 0.5 – 25 m3/h) as master meters to measure the volume passed through the Meter- Under-Test (MUT).
LSQ-650 Standard Meter Gas Calibration System was widely applied in gas meter produce factory, gas supply company and Quality & Technical Supervision department.
This system has following advanced features:
²        It adopts high-precision duo rotors rotary meters as standard meter and the system can choose the most optimal combination according to the flow rate.
²        It adopts bar code scanner to scan the MUT S/N automatically.
²        It adopts photoelectric sensors to get the MUT reading automatically, in order to carry out dynamic test.
²        Taking advanced technology of Single Chip Microcomputer and high precision A/D conversion and so on.
²        System shortened proving cycle because of the continuous air flow.
²        System provides consistent and highly repeatable proving results.
²        The operator does not need to collect or tabulate results during the proving process. The System can test automatically and save results to the database.
