GCL Gear Trolleys & Plan Trolley
Geared Trolley is operated by pulling the hand chain and Plain trolley by pushing loads to lift, running on the bottom flange of monorail. With Chain Hoist
hanged onto the trolley, a movable hand lifting trolley is formed and it conveying system with either straight lines or curves. They are widely used in installing,
lifting in works, plants, mines, docks, warehouses and power rooms, especially in maintaining and repairing work taken in places where power is not available.

The Geared Trolley (see Figure 1) is made up of left plate (14), right plate (7), hanger beam (5) and hanger plate(8)etc.,Both the left plate and the right plate
are mounted with wheels respectively and the hanger beam, with the hanger plate mounted onto it, passes through the 2 plates and is fixed onto them by nuts (11). When the trolley is used with Chain Hoist, the latter is hanged on the hanger plate. The Geared Trolley is operated by pulling the hand chain96) to drive shaft (4), which actuates
the driving wheel(1) through gears(2) to have the trolley run on I-beam. As to the plain Trolley, it is driven either by towing or by pushing loads to lift up.
To meet I-beams of different width, wheel distance between flanges can be adjusted by placing the adjusting washers at the inside or outside of the plates. While to the Geared Trolley, only one adjusting washer is needed to be mounted at the outside of the plate.
