HongTong has more than 1,000 employees including 2 staffs with doctor degree, 8 staffs with graduate degree, and more than 523 staffs with bachelor degree or college degree.

Back to the year 1995, there is a new TV program named “KeJiZhiGuang” starting to broadcast on CCTV7, which plays an important role in president Heyisheng’s mind after hard work. The infinite charm of science greatly influences Mr. Heyisheng’s future. So in the year of 1997, when he opened a company, he named his company’s brand as KZG originated from the TV program “KeJiZhiGuang”. Our company follows the sprit rule of “Keeping improving, Profession and Innovation” since its foundation.
