Sala Kang Hydropower

Sala Kang hydropower station in Laos Mekong River mainstream planning steps 5 cascade hydropower stations. The power station is located in the upper reaches of the Lao People's Democratic Republic Shaye Buri Province root Tao County Culture and Sport Village 1.5km at the old border of about 2km away from Thailand. Sala Kang Hydropower normal water level is 220m, to be adopted at the beginning of the 12 bulb tubular turbine power plants, total installed capacity of 660MW. The power plant is a power generation-based, both shipping, over-utilization efficiency of fish and other hydropower project.
