Flying marking machine

The optic hardcore of CO2 series laser marking machine uses USA imported products like USA CO2 frequency laser, and USA high speed scanning vibration glass, which ensures long time continuous high speed and stable work.

CO2 frequency laser is some kind of gas laser. Laser wave is 10.64μm, belonging to the middle section of infrared. CO2 laser has comparatively large power and electro-optic exchange rate. Carbon dioxide laser uses CO2 as its work material. After immitting CO2 and other assistant gas into the discharge pipe, adding high voltage at electrode, the discharge pipe will occur laser discharging, which can cause the gas numerator discharging laser. The discharged laser expands and binds the energy into the focus point. Then it starts laser process by the deflexion of scanning vibration glass.

Function characters
1. High precision marking, faster speed, depth of the engraving can be controlled at will.
2. Laser power is large and it is applicable for engraving and cutting manifold non-metal products.
3. Circumrotating laser head can realize marking from several directions like downwards and upwards. The marking is clear and not easy to get abrasion. The engraving and cutting is high efficient, ROHS, saving energy. The marking machine height is also adjustable.
